We are very excited to offer our next WA Women in GIS & Technology (WWGT) book club book, Dare to Lead by Brené Brown. “A Leader is anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes and has the courage to develop that potential. Leadership is not about titles or the corner office. It’s about the willingness to step up, put yourself out there, and lean into courage. The world is desperate for braver leaders. It’s time for all of us to step up.” Brené Brown
Due to the amount of information in the book, we have decided to break the information into 4, 1-hour sessions. The first session is scheduled on June 16th at 5:30pm (meeting details are below). Click here for the book club schedule/suggested assignments and here for the workbook..
For more related information, you can also check out the Dare to Lead website. Feel free to join just 1 meeting or as many as you can, we hope you will find something useful no matter where you are in the book.
